LVAIC Study Abroad Programs:
The Lehigh Valley Association of Independent Colleges has been offering study abroad programs since 1983. Each summer LVAIC students and faculty directors travel and study language at sites that have included Germany, Mexico, Spain, and Italy. LVAIC co-sponsors two semester programs in Bonn or Cologne, Germany, and Dijon, France.
Students from LVAIC member institutions cross-register for these programs and receive grades on the home institution transcript. A cultural component of each program features tours and opportunities to visit sites of historic, artistic and political significance. All programs are reviewed by LVAIC faculty and have the approval of the LVAIC Board of Directors and the LVAIC Council of Deans and Provosts.
